´╗┐´╗┐Receptionist - Charlotte

The Charlotte office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, seeks a full-time Front Desk Receptionist.  We are seeking an polished, professional individual who is reliable, highly organized, and detail oriented.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a pleasing telephone presence.  The receptionist will be responsible for answering and routing incoming calls on a Cisco VoIP telephone system, greeting clients and visitors, maintaining the appearance of the lobby, and maintaining/scheduling conference rooms. The receptionist will also perform light clerical duties to support the daily business activities of the firm.  Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word 2010, Excel, and Outlook 2010.  We offer excellent compensation and benefits in a professional and engaging work environment.
