Brian R. Lambert is Board Certified in Construction Law and he devotes a substantial amount of his practice to all facets of construction. He regularly reviews contract documents in an effort to resolve potential issues involving scheduling, insurance, licensing, claims avoidance and other related matters. He has handled a wide variety of complex construction disputes involving project delays, schedule acceleration, construction defects and differing site conditions, as well as payment disputes concerning lien and bond claims.

Brian also has significant experience handling insurance claims involving commercial general liability, builder's risk, construction defects, errors and omissions, as well as property and business income losses. He regularly represents insureds and insurers regarding coverage under a variety of insurance policies.  Brian also has experience representing lenders in a variety of litigation matters and commercial transactions.

Brian is active in Bar related and professional activities and regularly authors articles and speaks at seminars dealing with construction related topics.
