David J. Mack has extensive experience in the organization of banks, bank holding companies and trust companies. He regularly assists community banking organizations with merger and acquisition matters including purchase and sale of entire banks or thrift institutions or branches. Dave represents financial institutions in both public securities offerings and private placements and provides ongoing counsel regarding reporting obligations under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. As a part of his practice, Dave routinely interacts with both federal and state banking regulators. He also assists his financial institution clients with general corporate matters.
Dave was formerly engaged in the practice of law with Werner & Blank, LLC, prior to that firm's affiliation with Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP effective October 1, 2004. His principal areas of practice are banking, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate.
