Andrew Fruit is a corporate attorney who has substantial experience in representing businesses and entrepreneurs involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and governance, commercial contracts, securities, corporate finance, and other complex business transactions. His clients include family-owned and other privately held businesses, entrepreneurs and public companies. Andrew’s experience spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, technology and software. He has experience in general corporate reorganization and corporate structure issues.

- Representing buyers and sellers of businesses in connection with mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures and spin-offs;
