Christina C. Nethero practices primarily in the areas of corporate finance and banking, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Christina has experience in many aspects of public and private company representation, including general corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures, and financing transactions for both publicly-traded corporations and privately-held entities. This includes acquiring and selling businesses, private equity transactions, drafting business and finance contracts and agreements, preparing legal opinions and conducting due diligence and preparing disclosure documents in connection with various types of business transactions.
While in law school, Christina participated in Stetson University College of Law's Honors Colloquium. She was also an associate for the Stetson Law Review, and served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew, Senior United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Additionally, Christina earned Book Awards in Contracts I and International Business Transactions and was a teaching fellow for Legal Research and Writing.
