Dipawali ("Dipa") S. Shah is a business lawyer with experience in the health care sector and in education policy.  She is committed to providing the highest quality of service to her clients.

Dipa is a business attorney with a focus on litigation.  Her litigation experience includes general commercial litigation, business disputes, matters before regulatory agencies, administrative hearings, health care litigation, real estate litigation and bankruptcy litigation. 

Dipa brings almost 20 years of legal experience and a unique perspective to serving the client, she comes from a family of small business owners and health care providers and has the added level of empathy and a deep understanding of business management to provide the best real world solution, while providing the highest quality of legal services.

Dipa is an active member of the Tampa Bay area and a dedicated community leader.  Dipa serves as the Chair of the Hillsborough Community College Board of Trustees and was appointed by Governor Rick Scott in 2015.  Dipa is a member of the Board of Directors of Indo US Chamber of Commerce. 

Dipa is also a co-founder and Board Member of I WiLL, a not for profit organization that helps women maximize their potential in their personal and professional life.   She is also an annual presenter for the USF/TGH medical residents program as well as a frequent speaker for small business organizations on the pitfalls for start ups and small businesses.
