Beth Curran serves as a litigation paralegal at Shumaker with a focus on surety and construction litigation cases. As a certified paralegal who has worked hard to build a successful career, she assists attorneys with handling large, complex construction litigation files from inception, through discovery and trial. She handles document review and management, preparing for hearings, depositions, and mediations, and drafting pleadings.
Beth has an A.A degree in psychology, a certificate in Paralegal Studies, and is currently pursuing a B.S. degree in Public Health. Beth received her Certified Paralegal designation through NALA in 2014. She is a Florida Registered Paralegal and is currently a member of the Paralegal Association of Florida.
Outside the office, Beth is a mixed-media artist who enjoys creating paintings and playing in her art journals.
