Beth Curran is a nationally Certified Paralegal through NALA and also maintains the Florida registered Paralegal designation through The Florida Bar. She handles case management for document intensive, complex construction litigation matters and has experience working on cases involving construction defect, delay damages, design deficiency, environmental hazards and structural failure. In addition, she has experience working on simple and complex indemnity actions. She has worked with clients including surety companies, contractors and design professionals. Beth is currently the lead paralegal on a $20M construction defect matter for the construction of a 38-story high-rise involving 34 parties.
Beth also has experience working on a wide variety of legal disputes including general litigation, commercial litigation, labor and employment, professional liability and land use matters.
