Joseph J. (Jack) Santaniello's principal areas of practice are general corporate and commercial transactional matters, including corporate formation and dissolution, copyright and federal and state trademark matters, as well as franchise, distribution and licensing law.

Jack has extensive experience in representing companies and their owners in a wide variety of business activities, including transaction negotiations, contract review, shareholder disputes, business and commercial litigation. Jack also has experience in non-profit organizations, commercial bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters as well as securities law matters.
