Tammy Quesada

Mathew Poling’s practice focuses primarily on real estate, zoning and land use, and environmental law.  He has experience representing clients in matters involving real estate transactions, leasing, site planning, master planned developments, zoning and land use, title insurance, Environmental Resource Permitting, wetlands, mitigation, protected wildlife, sovereignty submerged lands, and code enforcement.  Matt also has experience handling appeals to comprehensive plan amendments under the Community Planning Act.

While in law school, Matt received the Book Award in Advanced Takings Law.

Matt is an agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and a member of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services (the Fund).
