DAVID W. WICKLUND is a partner in the litigation practice group in the Toledo, Ohio office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. His principal areas of practice are commercial and business litigation, bankruptcy, antitrust and trade regulations and patent litigation.

Mr. Wicklund has extensive experience in representing corporate clients in business litigation. He also regularly represents creditors and the trustee in a variety of bankruptcy related matters. He has substantial experience in antitrust and patent litigation.

Mr. Wicklund is a member of the Toledo, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. He serves on the Ohio State Bar Association Antitrust Section Board of Governors and the Business Tort and Unfair Competition Committee and Civil Practice and Procedure Committee of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section. Mr. Wicklund has served as a member and President of the Ottawa Hills Youth Soccer Association. He is currently Treasurer of the Ottawa Hills Boosters Club and is also a Trustee of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northwest Ohio. He is currently President of the University of Toledo Law Alumni Association and a member of the Alumni Association’s Executive Committee.
