JOHN S. INGLIS is a partner in the real estate practice group in the Tampa, Florida office of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. His principal areas of practice are real estate development, commercial financing and leasing transactions, zoning and land use and environmental law.

Mr. Inglis has extensive experience in representing real estate developers, investors, financial institutions and operating companies in all phases of real estate and secured transactions. As to residential projects, he regularly represents clients involved with master planned communities, resort properties, condominiums, mobile homes, subdivisions and apartment complexes. As to commercial projects, Mr. Inglis regularly represents clients involved with shopping centers, office projects, office towers, franchise locations and health care facilities. He also specializes in leasing transactions and title insurance matters.
