TOLEDO, OH – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Serena L. Lipski and Beth M. Szczepaniak have joined the Toledo office as Associates.
Ms. Lipski joins the employment and labor practice group. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2009 and her B.S. in Microbiology from Michigan State University in 2001. While in law school, Ms. Lipski was the Executive Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review. Ms. Lipski served as a Judicial Intern for Chief Judge James G. Carr at the U.S. District Court for the Ohio Northern District.
Ms. Szczepaniak joins the real estate practice group. She received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2009 and her B.S. in Management from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Szczepaniak was the Assistant Executive Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review.
