TAMPA, FL – Mindi M. Richter, Associate in the Tampa Office, spoke at the First Amendment Foundation’s 2009 Sunshine Seminar on October 2, 2009 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Ms. Richter discussed the recent Florida Supreme Court Jews for Jesus, Inc., v. Rapp decision and what it means for media law in Florida.
In the area of intellectual property, Ms. Richter has counseled clients in trademark selection, registration and protection. Ms. Richter has experience in litigating trademark and unfair competition matters, both in the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well as in state and federal courts across the country.
