TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Mindi M. Richter, associate in the Tampa Office, has joined the Development Committee of the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. The Humane Society of Tampa Bay is dedicated to ending animal homelessness and providing care and comfort for companion animals in need.
In the area of intellectual property, Ms. Richter has counseled clients in trademark selection, registration and protection. Ms. Richter has experience in litigating trademark and unfair competition matters, both in the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well as in state and federal courts across the country.
