Adria Maria Jensen focuses her practice on litigation involving businesses, commercial transactions, real estate law, as well as probate and trust disputes and guardianships.
Adria regularly assists companies and individuals with contract negotiations, advises clients regarding corporate disputes, and represents clients in corporate dissolution actions and enforcement of collection and creditor rights. She works with banks and other financial institutions on problem loans and special assets, and has extensive experience with all aspects of ORE/REO asset management and disposition.
Adria represents clients involved in breach of contract matters and real estate deposit disputes. As part of her real estate practice, she counsels clients on matters involving homeowner and condominium associations, title defects, and code enforcement. Adria handles all aspects of cases involving commercial and residential landlord/tenant law.
In addition, Adria litigates in the area of probate including representing individuals in will contests and trust disputes, and establishing or challenging guardianships.
As a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Adria endeavors to bridge the gap between complex disputes and practical solutions.
While at the University of Florida, Adria honed her advocacy skills as an active member of the UF Trial Team.
Adria was born and raised in Miami. She speaks, reads, and writes Spanish fluently, allowing her to advocate, counsel, and mediate in both English and Spanish.
