Jennifer Raleigh

Brian is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Construction Law, devoting a substantial portion of his practice to virtually every facet of construction.  On the transactional side of construction, Brian prepares and negotiates contract documents on behalf of owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors during project development.

Brian’s litigation practice involves the representation of these various entities encompassing a host of complex disputes.  He has successfully litigated disputes relating to product and workmanship defects, delays and acceleration, licensing issues and suits to enforce lien or bond claims.  Aside from claims involving construction, Brian also has significant experience handling a variety of commercial disputes spanning a wide range of industries.   

Brian is active member of both the Florida and Texas Bar Associations, Hillsborough County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  He regularly authors articles and speaks at seminars involving a variety of topics.
