In the Broker-Dealer Litigation and Arbitration practice group of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, CJ is a member of a team that represents large financial institutions and high net-worth individuals in securities litigation, regulatory investigations, and violations of contractual covenants. His practice also focuses on:

  • Employment law
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Trade secrets
  • Commercial litigation
  • Arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

A native of Florida, CJ was drawn to the legal profession since childhood. He enjoys the unique challenges that litigation provides and the opportunity to serve his clients’ best interests.

CJ received his undergraduate degree at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. At the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he served as the Executive Forum Editor of the Florida Law Review and received the Law Review Book Award for his contribution as an executive editor. He was also the recipient of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship and the Levin College of Law Scholarship.
