Mark Connolly's principal areas of practice are commercial and land use litigation, health care litigation, and governmental and child welfare agency representation.
Mark recently completed a ten-year tenure as the City Attorney for the City of Temple Terrace, Florida, and presently serves as general counsel to child welfare agencies in Southwest Florida. Mark has extensive experience representing individuals, businesses and governmental entities in commercial, healthcare, and land use litigation and administrative proceedings. In the governmental arena, Mark has advised clients on proper handling of public meetings, negotiated contracts and interlocal agreements, and counseled on the Sunshine Law, Public Records Law, and ethics for public officials. Mark also has successfully represented health care providers in various litigation matters, including the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
