She is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Megan is driven to provide excellent work for clients in an efficient manner and aims to ensure that she communicates effectively with clients and educates them about the legal process.

Megan received her B.A. in history from High Point University and her J.D. from Charlotte School of Law where she was the Valedictorian of her graduating class.

In her off time, Megan enjoys taking day trips to explore the Carolinas with her husband, spending time outside with her son and dog, and visiting local breweries and wineries with friends.

  • Served as a volunteer for the Wake Forest Summer Immersion program since 2016.
  • Represented manufacturers in construction defect / product liability litigation over multiunit developments.
  • Represented surety companies in indemnity actions related to payment and performance bonds.
  • Represented businesses in breach of contract and insurance coverage disputes.
  • Represented banks in real property matters, including commercial lease negotiations, foreclosure, evictions, and title curative actions.
  • Counseled clients in commercial litigation involving various Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) provisions.
