A courtroom advocate, Trina is a general litigator who understands clients need exceptional representation both inside and outside the courtroom. She represents clients in a broad scope of civil and criminal litigation matters in both state and federal court and in all facets of pre-and post-trial litigation, encompassing pre-suite investigations and discovery, mediation, motion practice, and collecting on judgments.
A committed counsel, Trina regularly defends private companies that have been named in lawsuits including:

- Fraud
- Other civil counts
Founder of the Ohio Chapter of Women’s White Collar Defense Association and a mentee of the Criminal Justice Act Panel, Trina has experience representing parties who are under investigation from a federal investigatory body, persons who have been charged with federal crimes, such as drug crimes and white collar crimes, sentencing phase of a plea or finding of guilt, and representing potential witnesses. In addition, she has counseled several college students who have been accused of student misconduct, either because of criminal charge, hazing, or sexual assault.
Professional licensees also turn to Trina for representation to defend charges filed against them by their regulatory body. She is well versed in defending licensees in all phases, including:

Outside the courtroom, Trina enjoys running with her dog Kili, and adventure travel where she finished the Great Wall of China Marathon, the original Greek Marathon, and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt. Ranier, and Mt. Whitney.
